Build: Implement TF1+'s strategic choices and brand orientations throughout the product, on all devices (TV, Web and App). Strong collaboration with all group departments was essential to transform the entire platform in 3 months, switching from MyTF1 to TF1+.

Run: Support, organize and manage the TF1+ Product Designers (5 people and a System Designer) on a daily basis to deliver the functionalities and ensure the expected level of quality. Ensure smooth cooperation with other product and delivery teams. This work is also carried out by consolidating TF1+'s User Research processes.

Sparkle: Lead user research and support the design of Synchro: the first algorithm that brings people together. This Machine Learning algorithm blends the tastes of several profiles to find programs that match the group's tastes.
