METHOD
Immersion: In order to immerse ourselves in the water industry and map existing business tools, observation days were organized within a Water Control Center and in intervention with a technician. In addition, more than 20 interviews were conducted with the various types of SAUR professions.
Definition: In collaboration with a SAUR taskforce, from strategy to the field, we defined the raison d'être of Hypervision as well as the pillars on which its success will be based. In addition, we created personae of the main users as well as key usage scenarios and wireframes.
