  1. Analysis of expectations, doubts and frustrations: +20 interviews with public accountants, directors and officers to synthesize their postures regarding this new responsibility. 


  2. Definition of the value proposition: co-creation workshops with the AMF to define the product, the guarantees offered, the associated services and final pricing. 


  3. Tests, optimization and launch: +20 tests to validate and optimize the product for members. In addition, a communication plan was drawn up to support the launch of the guarantee.
